At PlusTeam, we are looking for a Junior Odoo Analyst with an accounting background to join our technology team to participate in the implementation and evolution of business solutions based on Odoo.
This role is ideal for accountants with a technological affinity, analytical thinking, and a vocation for process analysis, who wish to specialize in ERP, automation, and digital transformation.
The Odoo Analyst acts as the bridge between the business and the technological solution, ensuring that clients' accounting and administrative processes are correctly translated into functional configurations within Odoo, aligned with the system's standard and PlusTeam's own products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Qualify customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Be a master in demos of our software
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Deepen infunctional analysis and accounting processes, mapping client processes to Odoo.
- Propose solutions based onstandard Odoo, PlusTeam products, or custom developmentswhen necessary.
- Participate in theimplementation of key modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchases, Inventory, and Projects.
- Validate that the solutions meet the requirements, supporting functional testing with the technical team and clients.
- Collaborate withspecialists, project leaders, and key areasof the company.
- Develop and maintainclear and structured functional documentation: process flows, use cases, and business rules.
- Contribute to thecontinuous improvement and standardization offunctional processes.
- Focus on thefunctional and strategic aspectswithout developing code, defining technical architecture, or managing commercially.
- Gainhands-on learning, exposure to real projects, and contribute directlyto the quality of the implemented solution.
